pH Test Strips

Its great to try to balance your body’s pH level
through diet and supplements, but without
testing strips, it is impossible to track your
progress.

These strips can be used for saliva
(10 minutes after food or drink to keep
the sample true) and for urine, although
the pH will always be slightly lower with
urine due to natural acids that the body
uses to eliminate waste.

The saliva test is the closest to our blood pH and should be tested on a regular basis.
